I was wanting an animation feature for Colors live for people who can't purchase Flipnote Studio or that other software, but Flipnote's probbly not coming to Nintendo Switch anytime sooner, so I was wishing to put this out because I wanted to make animation memes or short animations! I'm sorry if the idea image is low effort, but if it comes out and the devs plan to do so, you could make it however you want. You could also have options like FlipaClip's options, too.

i see jens sayed animation are NOT coming to colors.
but they can make other plataform just to animate.

@WatermelonSugar @Miguel_AC They could just make another software for animations. I'm tired of trying to be blocked away from trying new things and trying to make my art lively and animated. I hope there's gonna be a new animation software on switch sooner.

Animation isn't currently planned but maybe if enough people bug Jens about it maybe he'll consider it :p. Though Colors is mainly built to be a simple but powerful painting app and its quite difficult to make an app suited to both painting and animation due to the different workflows that are required.
