#Cobrilisk is the first in a series of dragon figures I plan on sculpting from clay.
Physiology: Pseudo-wyvern Serpentese
Aproximately
12 Meters in length.
1.5 Tons in weight.
They don't scurry very fast, neither are they capable of true flight. Their wings are primarily used for scaling rocky cliffs, then gliding safely down. They reside in burrows made by other large creatures which they steal by driving out the former residents. Their hook talons are sharp, but they lack the physical strength needed to cause significant harm to anything larger than them selves. They are primarily ovivorous, preferring to raid the unattended nests of other wyverns near their territory. Their bite is non-venomous, so they resort to flight first, and fight as a last resort.

I did have some inspiration for this design. Most recent being Felldragon Sombron from Fire Emblem Engage, there's also Najarala and Dalamadur from Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate.

I've only been here for ten years. That being said, I'm approaching the point where it's time for me to retire my old 3DS. I love the gimic of 3D paintings, but I really want to move on to high res art. These just don't hold up to scrutiny up close.

This was inspired in part by Monster Hunter, and also the Fell Dragon from Fire Emblem Engage. I hope to see a return of snakw wyverns in MH Wilds.
