I hate and get panicky at the thought of someone looking at me if im not actively engaging with them

I fear i am always being watched + personality showing

That and Emetophobia - fear of vomitting
Hearing others vomit specifically for me

i have mild arachnophobia(fear of spiders)

reason why i say mild because im not scared of spiders, like
90% of the time
tne other 10%, I WILL SCREAM + RUN LIKE A CHILD-

Yeah but on certain places i just change my personality. Here i dont practically want anyone to know how i actually act (No offense) but some people are sensitive and wont get my humor and etc.

Pyrophobia - fear of fire.
Skathariphobia - fear of beetles. For me, scarab beetles in particular. Which we have here in my state...

One literally landed in my lap yesterday. I was so scared I almost started crying and couldn't move.

when people make those make-up videos where they put the holes all over there hand. Its pretty bad, i cant even have a bath without nearly screaming and forcing myself to look away from the bubbles. im okay with bubbles its just when they get on my skin....

dystychiphobia (the fear of hurting someone)
basically, I have the fear of hurting someone EMOTIONALLY, so idk if there's a different name for that but physically, if it's self defence no not really but anything else probably :)
