If you're asking about the line art, then one of the main things is making sure both eyes are focused on the same point.
If you're asking about the coloring, then start with a very dark base layer, and then work your way up to the highlights.
I might do an eye tutorial on my side account @-VerHalp- , so keep it in mind.
