I don't really know how you feel but a kinda-friend of mine had a crush on me while I was dating someone else... he felt pretty sad but he told me how he felt after sometime he had feelings for somebody else! what I'm saying is you should tell your crush how you feel but say you keep wanting to be you'll feel a lot better if you express your feelings! plus your crush seems like a ok person
