Living in the Western Mountains of Akalo, the Akalites tend to burrow rather than fly like you would expect a high-altitude dragon too
They have dark, unicolored eyes, usually something dark grey, as well as two hunting lures. They have lamps that they can toggle, and their tongues look like the widespread, cave-loving Endoran Yellow Slug
Akalites are incredible diggers, and they have armoured scales to defend from cave-ins, as well as hold their breath for an hour
