@Platypunk00: The fallout games are supposed to be in an alternate universe where the 50s culture remains but the technology developed in a different way. Still, you'd think if they could build giant robots that throw nukes, making coloured tv wouldn't be that much of a stretch XD

@bonnie9597: I honestly don't know what the difference would be between drawing on a nintendo switch/3ds or a phone, they all have small screens but the process would be the same.
