to drama queen .... i made on the first layer black and then i made the second layer white and took the eraser and made a bunch of dot ....... then you take the black layer [ first layer] and make a rainbow color with the blending setting [ or the one under the the first drawing setting] ....... and you can make it any way you want from there ..... if this didn't help just say it and i will make a totorial for if .... and the pink and black "CHAT ROOM" is just taking the smallest drawing setting and 3 colors and thats is ...... thanks for commenting :D
