Dragon Sketch pose and armature by The_Adjudicator
Just sharing some concept sketch ideas for a clay sculpture I plan on making some time soon.
This one demonstrates a few poses I could try, as well as the amount of armature wire needed to support the rig, where the wires connect and where they split off.
The left most sketch represents an aproximation of the rig and pose used on my first attempt four years ago.
While I am still very pleased with how the first one turned out, I feel to say I could do much better this time around.

oh nice i love 3D sculpting and pottery.Im used to wires since i did make a wire sculpture

Amature on that kinda loooks like a 3d rig

This is based on the wire armature I used when sculpting a dragon model out of polymer clay a few years ago. Technically speaking, it is 3D.
