his name is Hanze, and he's malicious and a manipulator. He is making Failure do things that he is not comfortable with.
Failure made a deal with the player long ago while Failure was still incredibly vulnerable. this deal means that Hanze "owns" Failure's soul, and can do anything he wants. Hanze is 14 yrs old.
