Raichu X by LooneyWizard
Originally an ordinary Raichu, this Pokémon was critically injured on the battlefield during a war. It was then augmented by Team Dimension via the use of a surgically implanted cybernetic armor. Now a Steel-Type, Raichu X's armor doubles as a life-support unit, and thus, it cannot remove the armor for it'll die. You can receive this Pokémon by returning to Surge's Gym after you receive his Badge, as he left it behind, entrusting it to you.

On a personal note, they should've made Raichu X a Electric/Steel type rather than a pure Steel type.

That's a pretty sad story to this, but it feels like what you see in a Pokedex entry, or in the manga. 00

A squad of enemy soldiers using Ground-type Pokémon.
It was an ambush that wiped out Surge's unit, leaving him and Raichu badly injured with Surge missing his right arm from the elbow down and Raichu really messed up.
