okay!!
so i notice u didnt draw a sketch, u should always have a lil sketch to build out of
and i notice that the nose is a lil too long, it should be a lil shorter kinda like my ben painting
and something u should do to make sure nothng looks weird is flip the canvass
it gives ur brain a different way to see something and u can spot mistakes easily n fix em

use thinner lineart
n dont shade with black,try different hues
blend shadows with the airbrush
and dont forget about lighting n rendering
and try leaving ur comfort zone, draw backgrounds, different poses, face expresions etc.

unfortunately no one cares abt anyone anymore it seems, let alone notice them when they leave obvious signs tht they aren't ok :(

another tip i forgot to say
use a fingerless glove
u can put ur hand on ur screen and draw more comfortably
i always have a glove on, i call myself a low budget artist! (i miss my digital tablet. . . the two fingered glove is better than a regular fringerless glove)

draw the eyes last
the eyes r one of the first things someone looks at
and making them last kinda brings it too like cuz it'll fit perfectly
if u watch the playback of my paintings, u see i always draw the eyes last
