I've never really seen Jack Frost. I'm not even sure where he's from.
Frost came from a very vivid dream I had a while ago. He was kinda a weird mixture of some of my other OCs (not posted on colors, btw) but I thought he was interesting enough to keep him.
I actually have three OCs that came about this way...
