He becomes corrupted from the use of dark magic, as well as stealing souls (First soul taken: #BiniFilters) in an attempt to bring back his parents after they perished. (After season 9.) and being haunted by her spirit as he refuses to let it go, to remind himself what he was doing, as well as not losing his former only friend.
