Theres actualy no different flavours to the skittles i just seemed like that because of the colours

I'm not so sure about that. I could confidently say that a mouthful of red Skittles tastes different from a mouthful of yellow, or orange. M&M's are all the same, that much I am certain about.
I might just have to do a blind taste test to confirm.

They're just little semi-hard candy bits that are vaguely fruity in their flavor, very brightly colored, and very sugar sweet.
