@angel_supremacy Endos are non traumagenic systems that believe that you can be a system without trauma, which is false, there should be some stuff online about the two of those terms, just look up 'what are endos/tulpas in system terms'
I'm not the best with explanations but i hoped that helps at least a bit -Bright

I didn't rlly know I was a system until my bf pointed it out I keep repressing and trying to present as only a singular self for a lot of time and I think that was kinda unhealthy
