Hmmm... well I have a plethora of imagery that I can concoct for disturbing stuff. Maybe a normal girl, hiding in a closet from one of those typical pale, large eyed things with a sharp toothed grin and roaches are beginng to crawl down her neck and under her dress but she cannot move or make any noise without being discovered. Or if you want something far less complex, then just do the usual anime eye practice, but add something like maggots crawling around inside the eyeball.
