Fahrenheit 451 by Heroine-of-Winds
This is my entry for #wc493.I chose this because in my English class we just finished reading this.
It is the cover of the book Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury.
It's a dystopian book about the censoring and burning of books in a futuristic world, where firemen start fires instead of putting them out. I highly recommend reading this.

@Heroine-of-Winds I kept wondering what the Hound meant (maybe i wasn't paying enough attention as i only ever had time to read it during the most disruptive class in exsistence) But i really wonder what it could mean

@Squidsauce from my understanding, the hound is a mechanical thing that has the head and torso of a dog, but the legs of a spider (so 8 legs). It has a needle in its "mouth'' that it injects its victims with, and the injection paralyzes the victim. The hound is enormous in size, and is used by the firemen when a person who has been caught with a book(s) is on the run, fleeing the firemen. The hound is then sent after said person, and either ***** them or injects them. Sometimes both. ----->

The hound can remember 10,000 different scents of people and remembers each one of them. It's not actually alive, it's just a machine. A very scary, mechanical, deadly, and precise machine.
