Ok. From what im hearing, it sounds like you have ADHD or ADD. A way to help get that under control is when you get overwhelmed, you need to close your eyes and take five deep breaths and make sure to hold them for at least 10 seconds. Another way to help with that is to ask a parent or school council for help with that. Your pricipal or mom is the best choice. Girls are more understanding.

Now, I'm not excact on if you have ADHD or ADD. You might have a different one. But from my excperiences, it sounds like you hqve one of those.
