Sarah and Max (Ivonn and Layla) move to Santa Carla with their mom and grandpa for a new life. Max befriends the Frog siblings, meanwhile Sarah sem-joins the Night Owl Gang trying to get close to Moon out of love.
Bitter is the surrogate leader to protect Hanako, Chipp is a k!d.n!p.ped child and half-blood, and Moon was tempted into it and half-blood as well. The Frog siblings run a comic shop in the summers and hunt vampires.
