the likely hood of me lashing out is much highter then you think, and i'm not saying that proudly...

i want to help her, but the things she's dealing with---- i just don't know how to give advice without being REALLY harsh,
bc that's the only advice i've ever been given...

and since idk her irl, idk if she can take it

I know she's dealing with really heavy stuff, she's talked to me about it as well.

And because of that I can say, I've felt that I've lashed out, and been curt with the responses I've given. However, with everything being typed is both a down and an up. We know the tone we said those things, so we feel like we yelled at her, but she gets toneless words on a screen, so it doesn't always seem as harsh.

And, whenever I've felt like I've done this, I've apologized.

In short, as long as you are trying to help, and not being straight up rude, I think you'll be fine and that she can take it.

She's stayed friends with people who I've seen say things like, "I'm really getting sick of you." (in regards to her giving art tips)

And she was upset that she upset them.
So I'm sure you're okay.

that's another thing, i wish she would just cut off the tox friends, they don't help a bit, and even if she isn't friends with the peeps you're talking abt rn, ik she still has some

If you're worried about comming off wrong, then allow yourself to stop, and re-read messages before sending them

It really helps me, I take out things that could easily be taken the wrong way, or things that flat out don't help.

I still miss stuff, but it helps a lot.

If you don't already, it wouldn't hurt to try.

I dunno if she still talks to that person, or how many friends she has who are tox, but I know she's had some really toxic once in the past, which is kinda why we are were we are today.

I hope she can get away from any she has currently.

I don't think she's gotten any yet, but she has mentioned that her dad was thinking about getting her in for an appointment.

So, at the very least her dad knows.
And that's a start.
