Being electric, ZapPuffs also have the ability to ride on currents of electricity, as well as "surf" powerlines.
They also feed on it to boost power, which can be troublesome for powerplants.
Studies also show that they can eat organic foods as well like the diet of normal Dandipuffs.
They can't be near water for... obvious reasons.
