Ok so like last night i had a dream that toby dropped a trailer for Deltarune ch3 and this guy was in it so i decided to draw it before i completely forgot what it looked like.

Some of the details were in the dream, and some of them i kinda made up as i drew it.

Half way through i changed it's name from Rook to Seenblem because it seemed more like a secret boss rather than a main boss so it wouldnt make much sense if it went along with chess theory
