Seth is an unstable lifeform used for chemical disposal. He neither eats nor drinks, and can not be in temperatures above freezing. Thankfully, his body has developed a way to keep up a freezing temperature for a good while as long as it's not hot out. He gathered enough biological human influence to change his dna, so he was able to take this form. He's kind of like the pokemon Zygarde in that sense.
