This is Penny the Cat! (^-.-^)
Penny was known as the happy little cat who loved fish and who had cute green eyes.
She sadly pasted almost a year ago so. I really wanted to make this drawing a bit more special by making a few things differently from my other pet paintings.
I'm proud of this painting.
However, I think Penny kinda looks like Luna from Sailor Moon. But over all, I think it's really cute.

I kinda imaged her fluffy lol
I was thinking about the part when you said she was a very happy cat, so I added a smile and winking eye on her face (-///•)
