Aaaaaactualy, he's probably more around 17-20 in WW as it describes him as 'coming of age', plus his lobster shirt and all his green gear fit Link in BoTW, and yes they are actually his gear, the in-game description says so. And Link in BoTW is older than 17.

@Wind_Waker His voice is high pitched though, and he looks like a little kid... Plus isn't he a little short to be 17?
And at the start of oot, when Link is still a kid, it says that he's around 9 or 10...And in ww it says that toon link is the same age as link was at the start of oot...

Hm, yes, I did some research, and it starts on his 12th birthday. Must of been a tall 12 year old. Or Botw link is short...
