This was based on probably kilgruz's review on a Shareware Donkey Kong clone called Donkey Doo, where if you lose a life, the game says "You did a poor job, Fast Sam!"
And for whatever reason, I thought this sounded like a title of a Dr. Seuss book. So I drew this, shrunk it down in an editing software and added the title.
The "joke" is lost now since I can't find the original video.
