How to draw starry sky (patience mode)
-draw 3-4 stars
-duplicate layers as much as possible
-rearrange them (move, resize, rotate) then merge layer
-repeat step 2&3
*you can also use dodge/burn tools to change the hue. Use eraser/layer opacity to make the depths(closer=more visible, far=transparent)

you seen the brush tests maybe, you recognize the thing missin g, spacing and scattering , to allow a better brush randomizing

glitter brush maybe evben with color dithering so the color change between within the line
