usu id post this on the secondary, but here i have a larger audience and this game has been living in my head rent free and i dont know what it even is
(preface: this very well could be an anime i might be misremembering)
around 2006 to 9 remember my cousins or uncle playing this on a tv, they owned a pstwo and three, wii (pc too but its a basic windows XP desktop in another room), had a very modern feel scene drawn was on a street beset by sidewalks and large fences and lamp-posts

in the far distance (at end of street) was a city. i remeber a woman with white, gray or blonde hair. a name like ester, chester, sylvester. the mecha were open top similar to tron bonnes gustav but i dont think it was mega man (could be tho idk)

closest thing i could find is 'Sakura Wars: So Long My Love' having an NA ps2 & wii release, very similar aesthetic, but timing is off slightly, and i cant find a character named like ester chester sylvester etc,

max uses a robot to fight in the unground soure(I can't spell) This thing reminds me of it!! :D
