Glitz is the head program (or Head User as she says) of the whole PizzaPlex.
At first, she could control lights and cameras.
Now, she has found a way to control the animatronic's programming, remove or add traits to their character, and even more.
She has no distinctive personality, but she loves to play games. Especially with intruders in the Pizzaplex. She likes to have a little fun.
