This is my OC for Black Butler and some other things.His name is The Puppet Master.As his name suggests he controls a good number of puppets that were once real people.He considers making a person into a puppet as a sign of love.No one truely know's what he is,not even himself,but many suspect he's a vampire because of his need to drink blood.His character is somewhat like the Undertaker's,who he dispises.Tell me if you guys want me to go on.Give me suggestions for a better background.
