While he's got scores to settle with Luigi not anything is known how his run in feud with the green counterpart started & an unknown cause of this is questionable in years. Nor his relationship with Wario hasn't been clear how they met, since its officially states they're not related to each other, Waluigi is a mystery to this very day.! :o

@hannahwallbank Thanks, what I've read from different sites is he's Luigi's nemesis, and although he has Wario's similar features such as the pointy ears, pink noses, and blue eyeliner eyes, he's only a friend to Wario, tho they kinda treat each other like brothers.
