Midna, Navi, and Toon Link are lost somewhere where there's Twilight (So probably in Midna's world). Link's attempt at a pun fails, earning him a dirty look from Midna and Navi.

XD It was a reference to the TV show series "The Twilight Zone", but also because in TLoZ: Twilight Princess, (I've never actually played it so I know little about it), there's this black, square stuff called "Twilight" (I think). That's why Link said that (though how he knew about the TV series, I don't know) XD :)

@puppyunity64, There's a TV show series called "The Twilight Zone" that's about strange things that happen to people, and in The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, (I'm only guessing at this 'cause I've never actually played TP before so bear with me) when you're in the Twilight Realm, there are these little black, square floating things (as seen in the background in above picture), and they're called Twilight. Thus, Link's joke was that they were in "The Twilight Zone" because of the Twilight (black things) around them, and because an expression for if you're feeling lost or confused is that you're supposedly "in the twilight zone". (which refers to both the TV series and the place itself)
