Popka not only is good friends with Lolo but also is wise of words in his own "unique" dialouge. Even he has to provide advice for Klonoa when things aren't too familiar even for Klonoa to understand. He maybe harsh sometimes to Klonoa & Lolo when it comes to lecture but you know the old saying goes, sometimes its the best medicine to toughen up. XD
