It seems fairly obvious. However, since both of you are around one another you should find a way for your friend of yours to set up a situation where the three of can meet and talk for to break the ice. Then, have your friend leave and tell HIM how you feel. You should also consider your parents. They are here to help you out in situations like these. Unlike random strangers like us, your parents raised and know you more than even yourself.
