@Spookski @puppyunity64 I did try to darken the line art but for some reason when I tapped on it after selecting the flood bucket tool all it did was flood the whole picture???

As the others said, using a darker blue will help. Though I think it would be a good idea to make the body a tad lighter in color while using the darker blue for the outline. That way, it will be easier to see him.
