Whenever I think of skulls, I think of The Shining, because of the skull symbolism, which is funny, because there is a hidden skull in the freedom ending of the Stanley Parable.
Even a small corelation like that makes me search for more, The name Stanley itself being ultimately relevent to The Stanley Parable, as well as The Shining, as the book was written in the Stanley Hotel, and the movie was directed by Stanley Kubrick.
Things like that make me wonder...
