Fernkit and his sister Flowerkit have had an unbreakable bond, to the point where they'd protect eachother with their lives. In the near future, Flowerkit, or at this time Flowerpaw, would be taken by rogues, and Fernkit, at the time Fernpaw, would lead the attack to go and rescue her. He succeeds but at the cost of one of his ears being permanently torn and scarred. He has no regrets though, just happy to have his sister back. And Flowerpaw takes good care of his ear.
