These are the first designs I came up with for a region im working on (the Stawala region). One of the mechanics For my region is ultra forms. Ultra forms typically have different types than the original, as well as different evolutions. A Pokemon will turn into its ultra form after it is sent through an ultra wormhole. Anyways, I decided to give an ultra form to Dunsparse to fix the lame evolution Nintendo gave it. Their designs are based on shed exoskeletons and larval antlions.
