what technique do you use to sofen the lines/coloured bits?

@Bugbrains the key for me is using the round and/or painterly brush (the air-brush brush doesnt work well for this) with a bit lowered opacity (bring it down by 20-30 percent) and just going at it, definitely use the eye dropper tool a lot probably after each stroke or so, i hope this is the right answer
