It starts with Yellow getting sick. Red and Duck try to find something to make him better and they find an abnormally large pill, within an abnormally large pill bottle. They think, "oh well" and take the pill out. Duck tries to shove it into Yellow's mouth, but the pill jumps out of his hands and transforms. It takes them on a trip where they learn about the importance of medicine. Although It turns into a dr_gged hallucination very quickly. They're all fine by the end though.
