Honestly, I have no clue what this is.
I wanted to re-create a girl that I drew traditionally in my sketch book. I made her scared and/or lifeless for some reason, then I added a blue color over it and lowered the opacity. (I made it orange at first) Then I added bubbles. (idk why)
