The joke is that PS3 has no good VIDEO games for it, so he has to play card games with it to justify his purchase. Panel 4 is his crushing realization of this. BTW, I don't really agree with this comic, just explaining it.

Poor PS3. Actually it has a bunch of good games. Still, I love my 3DS as well :D
