Sure. Saying it three times seems either really excited or desperate.
A panicking business comes to mind. From there you can improvise more details. Is this Leo in the wolf of wall street? Is this some guy that bought way too many pens and now he's in a room full of them? What does that look like? Is this a joke interpretation of the prompt as someone saying "bye bye bye" instead? Also, obnoxious pop up ads on the internet come to mind.
Who would happily say buy buy buy? Maybe someone saying it to himself that has a customer spending a ton of money at his store? Or maybe saying it three times summons some kind of undead Beetlejuice-like businessesman.
There aren't any wrong answers.

I wouldn't say it's a guaranteed win: art doesn't need perfect technical execution to be something people can connect to.
If you come up with some new ideas before the constest is over, IIRC there isn't a rule against multiple entries.

I suppose the short version is "I spend a lot of time painting"
Sometimes when preparing for a more detailed work I'll start by seperatly sketching individual props that could go in the scene so I don't have to come up with as many new ideas while I'm painting it.
