i decided to name him Dr.Insanity OR you can call him Slash. he went insane. :O he has an artificial arm that produces dark power, and that stuff thats in that shot thingy is what made Rachel crazy sometimes. Rachel was Slashes test subject. but she escaped from his Lab. :D
