ah, thanks :) its mostly practice, ive got basically two decades-ish of drawing practice if you think about it. references, practice, and time are all the biggest factors, with the last one definitely being the most frustrating...

oof- im inpatient sometimes so the way i draw hands they come out funky

uh, in any case, thank you. generally the only way you learn is by examination, practice, and experimentation. your art style will grow and evolve as you get older... sometimes from mimickry, other times from just learning what you yourself are comfortable with :)
your art will never be the same as someone elses, so its okay to take some inspiration from others while figuring stuff out. my own art style is a mix of my own and an artist i used to look up to!
just remember im in like... my 20s. so ive got years of practice that one only gets from time spent practicing...
