I think they are on youtube, but i know that someone also created a website to upload them all for free, I just have forgotten the name of it.

In a way yes, if you wanted to watch it not pirated, you might be able to buy the seasons on youtube. Since the show has been over for a few years, I don't think its on any other streaming service unless it is pirated or you buy it online.
