He's a spirit who requires drugs to exist. He also has three pairs of arms. Nobody socializes with him other than clients, drug dealers, or some drunkered who wants to use him as a punching bag. I'm also pretty sure he has a kind of mood disorder that effects his personality and judgement. Kind of like bipolar disorder? Also mixed w/ depression? Idk, as I like to say (irl), "Research must be done!".

You'd have to somehow find the strange LITERAL ghost town he lives in. It's weaved into alleyways and abandoned buildings in a large normal people city. And people who don't know how to enter, won't even see anything, and they won't see you. It's pretty cool though.
