sooo i was on Japel.com (the pokemon fusion site) and i was just messing around with it and then the best fuision came up: Flotte/Duskull. and as soon as i saw that i was like I MUST DRAW DIS!!! and i changed a few things like the flower (which is actully a toxic one IRL) and the body to look like a hood thingie. and i also made it halloween themed cuz yes.
