This is a drawing of a Lampent from Pokemon. I decided to make some Halloween based drawings becuase Halloween is just around the corner, and so is my birthday. :) My birthday is going to be on Saturday, October 29th, so I will probably post a drawing on that day, too. @CyRy1029: Happy birthday! I wanted to surprise you with my autumn contest drawing as a gift and was waiting for today to upload it... except for whatever reason Colors isn't allowing 3DS users to upload anything since late yesterday and it's still going on right now. ToT

Alright, thank you! A similar glitch happened with me on the Nintendo Switch not too long ago, but it was apparently just for me. You can take all of the time in the world to post it.
